Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over six weekly automatic payments. Interest free. Easy & fast and you don’t have to wait until it’s fully paid to receive the order.

Afterpay lets you pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Easy & fast and you don’t have to wait until it’s fully paid to receive the order.

The sooner the better we say, and we strive to dispatch orders ASAP. Orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, however, this can be longer for orders placed on the weekend or during promotional periods.

New Zealand:

At most 10 business days from time of order.

Other Countries

International Shipping: 10-15 business days from time of order, depending on location.

Important Note Regarding COVID-19


Our Dispatch Team is working with maximum safety and efficiency to get our orders out. Please note there are some delays being experienced due to the tightening of borders which may impact your delivery time, but products are still being sent out and received by customers across Australia, New Zealand and the globe.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery and responsibility is passed onto the courier. If your package has been delayed for an extended period of time, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the relevant courier company. As soon as we receive further information, we will be in contact with you immediately.


In the circumstance your package is declared lost (a package can only be deemed lost once our staff have contacted the courier and a Proof of Delivery cannot be provided), we will either arrange to reship your original order (depending on stock levels) or provide you with a store credit for the value of your order. We understand this is an unfortunate scenario, but we will be in constant communication with you to have this issue resolved.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so that you can follow your package while it's on the road!

Orders to New Zealand addresses are sent using NZ Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with NZ Post.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Refund policy.

For all international orders, Faith Fitness’s shipping charge is for transport costs only. As mentioned in our T&C’s, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Faith Fitness does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Faith Fitness does not offer free returns. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Faith Fitness does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.

In most cases you can find the order confirmation in your Junk or Spam inbox of your email account. Please make sure to check this before you are contacting our customer support.
